From 3rd place at the Teen Indy to the Teen Nationals

I met Roger and Sandy Riedinger at the 1997 NPC Indianapolis bodybuilding championship. I was competing at this show as a teen heavyweight. I came in to the competition weighing 200 pounds, and was not nearly as cut as I could have been. At that time, dieting was a mystery to me. My only preparation for a show was to cut all the junk food from my diet and increase my cardio before the contest.
A friend, Tim Murphy, introduced me to Roger and Sandy right after the prejudging had ended. Tim asked Roger if he'd help me with my dieting. Roger had watched me onstage and thought that he could be of some help so he offered to write out a diet plan to prepare me for the Teen Nationals in North Carolina. The Teen Nationals were scheduled for June 27-28, just three weeks away. I gladly accepted. Believe it or not when I returned for the evening show Roger had already written out a sample diet tailored to my unique needs. I then asked Roger to put together some Beverly International supplements to enhance my diet. He recommended just three supplements: EPH, Lean Out, and Mass Amino Acids. I took all three of them.
The results I received from this diet and supplements were phenomenal. I couldn't believe how much harder and more cut I was after just three weeks of dieting. The mystery was that I only lost about 3 1/2 pounds, I'd estimate that I must have gained nearly five pounds of lean muscle. (For a 100% natural body builder, that's pretty darn good.) So three weeks after starting on Beverly International supplements I was being called out in the first call out at the Teen Nationals. Something I was barely able to do at the Teen Indy.
If I know anything, it's that Roger is a genius at nutrition and dieting and Beverly International has the best quality products on the market. The service that I received from Roger and Sandy is just unheard of from other supplement providers. I can honestly say that they really care about people and love to help. In my opinion, this is a big key to their tremendous success.
I'm not sure about what's in store for my future. Right now, I'm just trusting God to give me an open mind so that I can follow whatever path he has in front of me. I would like to be as successful as Skip LaCour, one of my role models, someday. One of my goals is also to have a tremendous impact on natural bodybuilding so that some day, people will realize that you don't have to put your health and your life on the line just to be big and successful.
