Jeremiah Forster diet bodybuilding diet

Here is the diet that I followed from six weeks out until the final week. My bodyfat dropped into the high 3%'s while I retained all of my lean muscle tissue. From a Weight Lifter to a Complete Bodybuilder

Supplements:
Super Pack with meal #1
With each meal: 4 Mass Aminos, 4 Ultra 40 Liver
Muscle Provider: 2 - 4 scoops daily
I added 4 Muscularity per meal and
2 Energy Reserve

Meal #1
8 oz. lean 93% lean beef 
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
1/2 grapefruit 

Meal #2
Protein drink: 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 
2 TBS heavy whipping cream, 1 egg, 
6 frozen peach slices or strawberries 

Meal #3
8 ounces lean meat (chicken or very lean beef)
Salad with 2 Tablespoons Vinegar and Oil dressing

Meal #4
8 ounces chicken
2 cups vegetables

Meal #5
Protein Drink (see above)
or
6 oz can tuna or 6-oz. chicken 
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 tomato or ½ cup vegetables

Meal #6
8 oz. lean 93% lean beef 
3 egg whites, 1 yolk
1/2 grapefruit

Every 3rd day I ate the following in place of my 6th meal:
 1.5 cups oatmeal (measured before adding water), 
10 oz sweet potato, 1 banana, 1 cup vegetables, 
1 TBS butter - no supplements

For the final week Roger wrote out the following schedule for me.
This worked much better for me than anything I had done in the past.
I used no diuretics and did exactly what is written
below for the final week before the '99 Ohio.

Sunday:
Water - 3 gallons
Posed - 30 minutes 
Diet - same as above

Monday:
Water - 3 gallons
Posed - 45 minutes
Diet - same as above (but no carb meal until Thursday)
Trained - Light for pump

Tuesday:
Water - 3 gallons
Posed - 45 minutes
Diet - Same
Trained - Light for pump
Potassium - 1 - 99 mg tab every other hour
Sodium - same

Wednesday:
Water - 3 gallons
Posed - 45 minutes
Diet - Same
Trained - Light for pump
Potassium - 1 - 99 mg tab every hour
Sodium - same

Thursday:
Water - 2 gallons
Posed - 60 minutes
(4 times at 15 minutes each throughout the day following meals)
Diet - Same, no salad or vegetables today - 
but I ate the following carb meal:
 2 cups oatmeal or 2 cups cooked rice,
12 oz. sweet potato, 
large banana, no vegetables, 1 TBS butter 
No training
Potassium - 2 - 99 mg tab every hour
Sodium - no added sodium
Tanning - 2 coats Pro Tan
 Friday:
Water - 1 gallon distilled
Posed - 60 minutes (4 times at 15 minutes each throughout the day following meals)
Diet - I ate 8 oz 93% beef and ½ grapefruit for each of 6 meals
Potassium - 3 - 99 mg tab every hour
Sodium - no salt
Tanning - 2 coats Pro Tan

Saturday:
Tanning - I put on a final coat of Pro Tan; then 1 coat of Dream Tan
Diet - I had 6 oz. 93% beef and 1 grapefruit for breakfast - with just a little salt 
Water - Spring Water - sipped as needed
Potassium - 3 - 99 mg tabs per hour
2nd Meal: 6 oz. 93% beef, 4-oz sweet potato (between weigh-in and prejudging)
3rd Meal: 6 oz. 93% beef, 4 oz sweet potato between prejudging and night show
4th Meal: 6 oz. 93% beef, 4-oz sweet potato 
Sunday - Monday: tapered off Potassium
