Beverly International Nutrition

This was the diet and supplement program that made me a believer for life in Beverly International, and Roger a believer in my ability to diet. It was tough, but well worth it. There is no way I could have hung on to my mass on this little food without the Beverly International supplements.



Supplements:
4 Ultra 40 and 4 Muscularity per meal
10 Muscle Mass and 1 Ultra C post training (for recovery)
2 Energy Reserve - 3 times daily with Thermogenics

Meal #1
5 oz. turkey breast
5 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit 

Meal #2 
Protein Drink: 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 1 TBS Flax oil, 12-oz water

Meal #3
6 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking)
4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.)
2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 TBS Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil) for a dressing

Meal #4
6 oz can tuna 
3 egg whites
1 tomato

Meal #5
6 ounces lean meat (chicken)
1.5 cups vegetables

Monday and Thursday:
 Eat in place of meal #5 at the end of the day: 1 cup oatmeal (precooked), 
8 oz. sweet potato, 4 oz. banana, 1 cup vegetables, 1 TBS Flax Oil
 Weigh - in was Friday and prejudging Saturday morning. Here's my final week:

Sunday - Tuesday - same diet - no carb meal Monday night.
Start potassium at 1 tablet every other hour on Tuesday, keep sodium the same
Load up on water

Wednesday:
Potassium at 1 tablet per hour, stop sodium at 6:00 p.m.
Same diet meals 1 - 5 add a 6th meal 6 oz 91% or leaner beef with  grapefruit

Thursday:
Potassium at 2 tablets per hour - reduce water by , no added sodium
6 Meals - final meal at 8:00 p.m.
Each meal 6 oz 91% or leaner ground beef with  grapefruit each meal

Friday: 
Potassium at 3 tablets per hour, no sodium 
No meals until after weigh - in 

After weigh - in: 8 oz 91% or leaner beef every 2.5 hours alternating ½ grapefruit one meal with 1/2 tomato the next. Continue until 6 meals are eaten.

Saturday morning: (try to get this meal) about 2 - 21/2 hours before you take the stage and at least 3 hours after any other meals: 2 pancakes, lots and lots of syrup and butter, small orange juice

Meals prior to this (if any) should be 4 oz 91% beef and grapefruit
